Jennifer Calvin began her legal career as a paralegal and after accompanying attorneys to court in that role, decided that is where she truly wanted to be. After graduating from law school in 2004, Jennifer began working at an insurance defense firm, handling wrongful death cases, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and personal injury cases. Jennifer took a break from civil defense work to gain invaluable trial experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County, Texas. During her tenure at the District Attorney's Office she prosecuted over 50 jury trials and numerous bench trials. Since returning to civil practice, Jennifer specializes in defense litigation, handling a broad range of cases involving construction defects, premises liability, professional liability and general negligence.
