Overview

Fred Arias serves corporate clients and insurance companies in their civil litigation needs including defending lawsuits involving members of the transportation industry, whether catastrophic personal injury or cargo loss. He also defends lawsuits based on premises liability and products liability theories. Fred understands that trial is not the ultimate goal in all litigation matters. All clients are different, and a client's definition of success can differ. It is a case-by-case basis. Fred is both "trial dog" and conflict resolver, depending on the case and client.  He defines success as anytime he achieves his clients goals.

Fred litigates cases throughout the entire state of Texas, traveling frequently to the Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville-McAllen area) for depositions, hearings and trials.  An immigrant from South America and raised in rural West Texas, his background provides him with an understanding and appreciation of varying cultures and peoples, which he puts to good use on behalf of clients in resolving conflicts or in discovering the evidence necessary to be successful at trial.

Fred received his M.B.A. while attending law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio and received his B.A. from Texas Christian University.
